The SOSUCAM Fondation
The SOSUCAM Foundation was administratively created on January 5, 2011 during its constituent General Assembly. Considering the size of the two SOSUCAM sites and in order to guaranty recipients better access two locations will open one in Nkoteng and one in Mbandjock. Two field specialists will be working in each site: a Solidarité Internationale volunteer working as an independent consultant for the Foundation and a Cameroonese Local Development facilitator.
The launch of the first site in N’Koteng took place on Monday April 4, 2011.

Other SOSUCAM development projects :
Tracking:The SOSUCAM launched a tracking and monitoring project applying to its means of transportation in order to optimize its commutes, hence its fuel consumption.
GPS-guidance: The use of that GPS-guidance technology on machines contributes to the streamlined application of fertilizers according to soil characteristics and helps reduce their use as a result.
Telemedicine: Telemedicine helps provide medical consultation services and specialized health care (cardiologist) to populations living on remote sites such as the sugar plant sites. The Group selected the N'Koteng site in Cameroon to launch its pilot project in partnership with GENESIS TELECARE, a Cameroonese company specialized in that area.
The N'Koteng Telemedicine Center opened on February 18, 2010.
