Like every year the Executive Management team with the support of the SOMINFOR organized its seminar with the African teams. The seminar took place in Yaoundé, Cameroon.  

One focus of the seminar was the overhaul of monthly reporting. In addition to making the Global tool more user-friendly the overhaul has helped standardize monthly presentations within the current consolidated reporting entity.

Moreover the overhaul aims at facilitating the integration of any company to be included in the reporting entity. 

To keep helping affiliates become more independent the corporate headquarters teams have raised the issue of forecasted balance sheet preparation with the operational and investment budgets as well as cash flow during workshops

Fine-tuning and reminders for that training program will be able to be done through videoconferencing. As a reminder videoconferencing went through implementation at the 2008 seminar in Morocco.
